Ticket Refund Policy: Sorry no refunds. Ticket refunds will only be allowed in the case the Purple Woods Maple Syrup Festival is closed due to unsafe weather conditions by Central Lake Ontario Conservation.

General Admission Tickets do not include pancakes, taffy or horse-drawn wagon rides.

Wagon Rides - CASH ONLY $3/person/ride (pay operator)
Taffy - CASH ONLY $2/taffy
Pancakes - CASH, DEBIT, VISA, MC (inside Heritage Hall)
